This series explores silence and hiding places that are both poetic and illusive. Through a soft sepia lens, we discover the ‘poetry of moments’, the spiritual nature of now becoming then, and the shadows and light that slow down perception.
Traces and echoes create form in the landscape through a process of reversing what is visible or highlighting silhouettes- outlines, marks, layers conceal and reveal, leading the viewer back in time, retaining the mystery in a moment rather than a recollection of a misty lost past.
